 ACCOMODATIONS
Cabins: Cabins are big, bright, and airy, elevated off the ground, and have hardwood floors and large exhaust fans. Each cabin has its own hot water supply, two showers, two toilet stalls, and three sinks. Every camper is given a four drawer dresser by their beds in addition to large cubbies near the back of the cabin.

CAMPING
All those who wish to stay in tents must pitch their tents in the designated area. We regret that the campgrounds policy does not allow for individual fires.

PLEASE NOTE: the cost of camping is the same as for a cabin and you must bring your own tent.
We regret that camp  policy does not permit for discounts for attendees who choose to stay in a hotel or who choose to go home to sleep.
PARKING
Parking will be near the Pagoda. Parking permits will be issued at registration.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Airports: Lehigh Valley-35 minutes away, smaller airport but nice
Philadelphia International Airport-50 minutes away, very big
Train: 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. That station will take you to Lansdale for $5. You can then catch a cab at the station for approx $40 to camp.
Bus: Greyhound Station in Philadelphia at 10th and Filbert Streets.
DINING
There will delicious and healthy meals served in buffet style in the beautiful dining hall. We will provide dinner on Friday evening, three full meals on Saturday and Sunday and breakfast on Memorial Day Monday. Our professional kitchen staff aims to please, but cannot be responsible for special diets other than vegetarian. Please provide for yourself regarding any other special dietary needs. There will be plenty of variety, but if you have selected the vegetarian menu, you have to stay with it for the entire weekend . You must register for your vegetarian preference on the registration form (see registration section). Regretfully, we cannot accommodate half and half, or any selective diets. We regret that camp policy does not permit for discounts for attendees who choose to bring their own food or who eat out. There will be beverages available all day. There will also be snacks, at no charge, in the dining room (where the open dancing and the shows are). We will also have a cash bar available for the evening music and dance parties and concerts. PLEASE NOTE: all food is included in your camp registration with the exception of whatever you may choose from the bar.
DRUM CIRCLE
The Drum circle will be behind the dining room at the campfire location from 11pm-1am. After that you are welcome to continue drumming in the dining room until 3 am when all music must stop according to camp policy. After 3am all late night revelers can relocate to our specially designated "party cabin".
